We are based in the United Kingdom and ship worldwide through fulfilment partners across Europe and North America.

Do you have physical stores?

Not yet. We currently operate online to minimise waste and maintain global reach. Pop-ups and a physical HQ are planned for the future.

Because everything is made to order:

  • Printful partners: 2–7 business days

For most regions outside the UK/EU, we collect duties and import taxes at checkout (DDP) so there are no surprise fees at delivery.

What if my parcel is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly?

Most products range from XS to 3XL, with select items up to 6XL.
We maintain one price across all sizes.

How should I care for my garments?

  • Wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle.

  • Avoid bleach and fabric softener

  • Air dry when possible or tumble dry low

  • Do not iron directly on printed areas

Products & Materials

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes. We prioritise organic cotton, recycled materials, and low-impact water-based inks.
Our made-to-order model reduces overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Are canvases shipped separately?

Yes. Canvases and framed wall art ship in dedicated protective packaging and may arrive in separate parcels.

Payments, Discounts & Gift Cards

What payment methods do you accept?

Major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods, depending on location.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order unless a promotion states otherwise.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Digital gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase and are non-refundable.

How do I receive my digital items?

You will receive an email with a secure download link. Delivery occurs when the link becomes available.

Can I get a refund for a digital download?

Digital items are non-refundable once the download begins unless the file is faulty.
