Most items are produced after you place an order. This helps reduce waste and overstock, and keeps drops focused.

Because of this, production can take a little longer than mass retail, but it’s more intentional and sustainable.

Eligibility and Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • You can provide proof of purchase

Non-returnable items (unless faulty):

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. socks, underwear)

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download begins, unless the content is faulty.

You may cancel a digital purchase within 14 days only if you have not started the download. To exercise this right, contact us at support@motiv8collections.co.uk before accessing the file.

If you experience an issue:

  • We will repair or replace the file within a reasonable time, or

  • Issue a refund if a fix is not possible

If your link expires before you access the file, we will reissue access where reasonable.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • A clear photo of the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without approval.
Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted or refunded.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, preference, or sizing, you are responsible for return postage.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return cost or provide a prepaid label (where available).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until your refund is complete.

If approved:
